As the number of people we
support continues to grow, so
does our incredible team.
We are dedicated to cultivating a workplace
where every team member feels valued,
supported, and empowered. Here is how
we’re making a difference:
With 58 new starters over the last 12 months,
we now have 280 employees, including 77
talented Supported Employees, 28 passionate
volunteers, and 48 eager students, our total
workforce reached 433, working across
11 sites to deliver our vital services.
