health and wellbeing are our top priorities.
We have focused on celebrating key events
during the year and providing wellbeing
resources, and offering specialised training
for our leaders to con昀椀dently address and
support staff mental health and wellbeing.
Enhancing Safety, Quality and Wellbeing:
We are revolutionising our operations with
new systems designed to boost safety
and employee wellbeing and provide
quality systems and support for our clients.
These enhancements will ensure a safer,
healthier, and more ef昀椀cient workplace and
environment for everyone.
We are excited to share our ongoing
initiatives aimed at creating a more inclusive,
safe, and supportive environment for all our
employees and clients:
Creating a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP):
We are committed to fostering reconciliation
and building stronger relationships with
Indigenous communities. Our RAP will
guide us in promoting respect, trust, and
opportunities.
