Leadership Awards
The New Zealand Leadership Awards 2025 brought together some of the country’s
most influential leaders, innovators and changemakers for a night of celebration
and inspiration. Held in Auckland, the event recognised outstanding leadership
across a diverse range of industries and sectors, shining a spotlight on those who
are making a lasting impact in Aotearoa.
Now in its second year, the awards have quickly become a hallmark of leadership
recognition in New Zealand. Building on the success of the inaugural 2024 event, the
2025 awards set the bar even higher, with more categories, broader participation
and a record number of entries.
A night of inspiration
From the opening speeches to the final announcement of winners, the evening was
filled with moments of connection and celebration. Guests heard from an
impressive line-up of speakers and witnessed the achievements of leaders whose
vision, resilience and innovation are shaping New Zealand’s future.
Winners and finalists were recognised across twelve categories, spanning multiple
sectors. The breadth of nominees reflected the many different ways leadership can
be demonstrated and the diverse backgrounds of those driving change.
