CALF RAISES
Calf raises are a simple lower body exercise that targets your calf muscles (the
gastrocnemius and soleus) to build strength, stability, and ankle control. They’re great
for everyday function like walking, running, and climbing stairs, and can be done
anywhere using just your body weight or added resistance.
