processes. The aim of media琀椀on

other’s perspec琀椀ves. If performance
management processes are in place
and you are contempla琀椀ng ini琀椀a琀椀ng a
dispute resolu琀椀on process, it is wise to
speak with a mediator to understand
if it is appropriate under the speci昀椀c
circumstances of the situa琀椀on or how to
keep the two processes separate.
